As of December 29, 2009 Hooping for Hope is recognized by the State of Tennessee as a charitable organization and may legally solicit and receive donations both directly and indirectly. At this time Hooping for Hope is solely funded by a portion of Hooprama's proceeds, fundraising at the Half Marathon and by generous people like you!
